Our own charming sewing kits, unique to Pearce's Pins.
Buttons and Badges are a range of sewing kits developed here at Pearce’s Pins. The kits came about through my daughter making up a picture with a caterpillar eating a felt leaf and a butterfly badge flying away. It was so charming that we developed her idea into what we have now, using a 3 inch embroidery hoop as a picture frame — and so "Caterpillar Lunch" was made.
I found two more ideas in my mother's sewing box, which we added to the portfolio — "Froggy Beanbag" and "Gingerbread Man". Both were favourites at the crafting events held at Pearce's Pins. If someone can sew on a button and a badge, they can cope with all life's sewing emergencies and have a skill for life.
