From our High Street workshop in Ixworth, Pearce's Pins provides bespoke dressmaking, tailoring, alterations and repairs to customers right across East Anglia. Because ours is such a personal, made-to-measure service, people are happy to travel to us — we regularly welcome clients from as far afield as Cambridge, as well as from towns and villages throughout Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Ixworth sits just north-east of Bury St Edmunds, placing us within comfortable reach of much of the region. Whether you need a dress fitted to perfection, a treasured garment repaired, trousers taken up, or a one-off outfit made entirely from scratch, our customers tell us the journey is well worth it for work finished with genuine care and attention to detail.

You don't have to live nearby to work with us. For alterations, repairs and made-to-measure commissions, we look after customers all over the country by post — simply send your garment and measurements to us, and we'll return it beautifully finished. It's a popular choice for people who've moved away but still want Hilary's work, and for those who can't find the quality or fit they're after locally.
